We had a lovely stay at this cosy Victorian cottage in Newport. The house was full of character and charm, with quirky decorations and personalized touches. We especially loved the pretty bookshelf. Everything we needed was provided, and the wood-burning fires added a cozy touch. The location was convenient, with shops and viewpoints nearby. The welcome pack of food was a nice gesture. we would recommend this cottage for a comfortable and unique stay.
The stairs were quite steep and narrow, which required caution when using them. The shower was described as quirky but was a bit difficult to operate.

The decor was absolutely stunning, with quirky and personalized touches that gave the cottage so much character. The well-equipped kitchen was a real plus, with all the necessary utensils and even extras like washing up stuff and salt & pepper. I was pleasantly surprised to find a few goodies in the fridge and a large selection of biscuits - such a thoughtful touch! The location was great, despite the only setback of lack of parking. The hosts were fantastic with their communication and the neighbors were friendly and helpful. The fires were a super cool addition, and being able to have a wood-burning fire was mind-blowing. The welcome pack of food was a very nice gesture, and sitting in the little garden was a delightful experience. The DVD's and books provided plenty of entertainment options, and the comfortable beds and ample towels made our stay even more enjoyable. The short walk into town was convenient, and the availability of parking spaces nearby was a relief. The quaintness of the cottage and the lovely outdoor dining area and BBQ made it a beautiful place to stay. And of course, the highlight was the amazing bookcase on the landing, illuminated with fairy lights - it was truly jaw-dropping!

The towels in the holiday home were so luxurious, I felt like I was wrapped in a cloud. It was an experience I'll never forget.
Oh, how I loved stumbling through the dark in the 19th-century building because the lighting was so dim. Such a thrilling adventure!
